How long does the build actually take?

Most builds take 5 to 7 calendar days from kickoff to live. Discovery is 30 minutes, design takes 1–2 days, build is 2–3 days, optimization is 1 day, launch is same-day. Delays typically come from client-side content gathering, not our end.

What if I already have a website?

We migrate it. Your existing content becomes the starting material, we redesign and rebuild on the modern stack, then flip DNS when you're ready. Your current site stays up until we go live.

Does the $350 include AI features like chatbots or agents?

The base build includes a contact form, lead capture, and all the AI-engine optimization so your site gets cited by ChatGPT and Claude. Custom AI agents (booking bots, qualification flows, RAG on your content) are a separate engagement under our Corporate Advisory pillar.

What if I refer someone and they don't buy?

The referral has to fund a $350 build for the credit to count. Warm intros that don't convert don't count against you — refer as many as you want. Three successful referrals unlocks the $39.99/month rate permanently.

Can you do e-commerce or marketplace sites?

The $350 tier is for brochure sites, portfolios, landing pages, and lead-gen sites. E-commerce with carts and payments is a separate engagement starting at $2,500 with custom pricing based on catalog size and integrations.

Who owns the design system you create for me?

You do. The color tokens, typography, and component choices are yours. If you want to hand it to another developer later, everything is documented and open-source.

What happens if I cancel the subscription?

Your site keeps running — it's deployed to your own Vercel account on your own domain. You just lose access to ongoing updates from us. You can resubscribe anytime at the current rate.
