Do you use Claude exclusively, or other models?

Claude is our production default because of its reliability for agentic work. We also deploy open-source models (Llama, Mistral, Qwen) when use cases warrant — usually for cost optimization, data residency, or fine-tuning. Vendor-agnostic, always.

Who owns the code we build together?

You own the code. It lives in your GitHub repository, on your infrastructure. We may use internal tooling and reusable libraries, but your deliverable is yours.

What if the production system breaks after launch?

The 90-day support window covers bug fixes, performance tuning, and minor iterations. For ongoing support beyond 90 days, we offer a retainer (office hours + incident response) or you can take over with the runbooks we provide.

How do you handle data security?

We sign NDAs at kickoff. Production systems typically run in your infrastructure (your AWS, GCP, or on-prem) so your data never touches ours. For Claude API usage, we follow Anthropic's enterprise data handling (your prompts aren't used for training).

Yes. Most engagements start with a single high-leverage workflow (lead enrichment, intake automation, one specific agent). You see working output in 30 days, then we expand scope if the first delivery earns it.

Do you integrate with tools we already use?

What if we change our mind mid-engagement?
